How we collect information

Use without sign-in: for the Workhorse Index quiz, spirit coffee, desk-ID cards and the slack-off mini-games, your main inputs stay in your browser or in anonymous sessions. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, those inputs are never uploaded.

Registration and sign-in: email registration requires your email address and login credentials. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive only basic profile data such as your nickname, avatar and platform identifier. Records created as a guest are merged into your account after sign-in under the platform's merge rules.

AI talk translator: we collect only the text you actively submit in order to generate a translation.

Orders and membership: purchases create order records, payment status and membership-benefit information. Payments are completed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment credentials.

Service improvement: we record de-identified feature-usage events for statistics and product improvement. These events contain no raw AI input, no hidden desk-ID fields, no access tokens and no payment identifiers.

How information is used

Collected information is used only to provide the features you request, save your history and favorites, grant growth and membership benefits, protect account and transaction security, and improve the product experience.

We do not sell your personal information, and without both necessity and your consent we will not use it for purposes unrelated to this service.

Information sharing

Only within the scope necessary to run the service do we hand the minimum amount of data to processors such as the sign-in service, payment providers and analytics services, and we require them to handle it under standards no weaker than this policy.

Where laws and regulations require it, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the lawful rights of users and the public, we may disclose the relevant information as required by law.

Storage and retention

Data is kept only as long as production, security and legal obligations require. Once that period expires, the purpose is fulfilled or you request deletion, we delete the corresponding data or anonymize it.

Your rights

Once signed in you can initiate the following on the Me · Privacy Rights page: export your data, delete AI source text, or delete your account. After submission a request enters processing, and you can check its status at any time.

Every public entertainment feature works without registration; with no account there is hardly any account data to begin with.

Local storage and clearing

We use browser local storage for settings and anonymous sessions. Clearing your browser data also clears local history and settings — export first if you want to keep them.

Minors

This product is aimed at working professionals and is not recommended for minors. We do not knowingly collect minors' personal information, and anything we discover gets deleted proactively.

Policy updates

For material changes to this policy we update the version date on this page and, where necessary, announce it on site.
