Nature of the service
NIULAI.CAFE is an original entertainment and emotional-expression product for working professionals. Its content — including the Workhorse Index, spirit coffee and the talk translator — is for entertainment, emotional expression and light productivity reference only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, human-resources or career advice.
Accounts and security
Keep your login credentials safe; actions performed under your account count as yours. Sign out promptly after using shared devices.
Records created as a guest are merged into your account after sign-in under the platform's merge rules; signing in repeatedly with the same third-party account does not merge twice.
Code of conduct
Do not use this site to generate or spread harassment, discrimination, defamation or other unlawful content, and do not upload company secrets or personal information you are not authorized to handle.
No cheating, leaderboard farming, bulk registration, reverse engineering, scraping or interference. Abnormal game scores may still settle locally, but they will not enter the leaderboards.
Content and intellectual property
The name, characters, visual system and copy of NIULAI.CAFE are independently created and unrelated to any film or television work of similar name — see the originality notice for details.
Quiz answers, translator inputs and other content you submit stay yours. For the purpose of serving you — storing history, generating share results and so on — you grant us the storage and processing licenses necessary to do so.
Membership, goods and payment
Prices for goods and membership follow whatever the server displays and you confirm when placing the order. Benefits unlock automatically once payment succeeds; payment issues can be appealed through the project's official contact channels.
Virtual benefits and memberships generally cannot be transferred once active. Refunds and cancellations are handled only where the law requires or the platform has explicitly promised.
Sharing
What gets displayed on share pages does not contain your raw sensitive input; you are still responsible for confirming that whatever you share is fit for public view.
Changes and termination
Features may iterate, pause or retire; paid features go live only after pricing, benefits, refund and support rules have been shown in full. You can stop using the service at any time, and breach of these terms may result in your account being restricted or terminated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for records lost through clearing local data — export important content promptly. Our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us over the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; the invalidity of some clauses does not affect the validity of the rest.
